Hawaii and Alaska: Free shipping on orders over $75. All orders under $75 will be charged $10 for shipping. These shipments generally go out via USPS Priority Mail.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Almost all of our items will ship out via the United States Postal Service. Orders under one pound will be sent with First Class service and all others will be Parcel Select ground service.

Expedited shipping (where available) will move an order to the head of our queue and shipped Priority Mail.

Occasionally we may drop ship items which will be shipped with Signature Required via FedEx.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do ship internationally. Please note that some products, such as spray paint, cannot be shipped internationally. Those orders will be cancelled. International orders incur additional shipping charges that will be shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any international order we feel would be a risk of some type of fraud or scam.

LOCAL PICKUP

Not all of our products available are in our Brick and Mortar store. Sometimes we have to transfer them from a warehouse to the store. An order placed for In-Store Pickup will be marked Ready for Pickup and you will be notified when the item is here for you.

30 day return privileges
We MUST be notified prior to return for RETURN AUTHORIZATION or the return will be not be credited.
20% Restock fee

30 day return privileges based on the date of the invoice. Items MUST be UNOPENED/UN-USED and in the same condition in which they were shipped. (SPECIAL ORDER/SPECIAL OFFER/USED items excluded) Approved returns MUST be shipped back to us BEFORE the 30 day policy expires. (30 days after shipment FROM us) This policy also applies to shipments "Refused" at their destination. No returns after 30 days, EXCEPT that Christmas Gift Purchases made during the period from November 1st through December 5th are treated as "sold" on December 5th for return purposes with a deadline of January 5th. A restocking fee of 20% is charged on all returns plus shipping and handling costs.
